Preparation: Measure out a small amount of hapé, roughly the size of a dime, and divide it into two equal portions.

Application: Using a personal applicator (kuripe) or a facilitator’s applicator (tepi), apply one portion to each nostril. Ensure the applicator is positioned properly for smooth delivery.
